Former NBA star Dennis Rodman was seen wasted at a car wash in Orange County on Sunday.......According to witnesses,it got into theater of display that the cops had to be called.
It happened at a Costa Mesa car wash and several people came in contact with him including employees,who admitted that the smell of booze was all over him and he acted weird.
According to reports,he walked up to man,put his hand on his shoulder and said "Hey white guy" and he walked up to several girls on the road,telling them they were hot and they should check out his boat in Newport.
For fear that he might get behind the wheel after his car got spiffed up,cops were called.Cops told him that he could not drive and that's when a woman came and volunteered to drive him home.We are told Dennis obliged.
