Mikel Can Be Chelsea's Captain-Mourinho

Chelsea's Manager Jose Mourinho has listed supe eagles' midfielder John Obi Mikel among the leaders in his squad,owing to the number of years he has spent in Stanford Bridge.


John Terry is the captain and Branislav Ivanovic is the vice captain,but after the departure of Petr Cech and Didier Drogba,there is the need for other leaders in the team.When the portuguese was asked other leaders of his star-studded team,he replied,


"In this moment,the two captains,if i can say captain,captain,the same way last year we had Drogba,Petr and John,this season I would say we have John and Ivanovic.


Ivanovic is more than ready to be a big captain too;more than ready:lots of experience,lots of years at Chelsea,his personality,his character,the respect that he has from the other guys.In John and Ivanovic,we have two fantastic captains.And after that we have people that come behind.(Gary) Cahill,lots of years at Chelsea,also vice captain of the England national team,good personality,good example.


(John Obi)Mikel is after John,the guy with the most years in Chelsea.I think (Cesc) Fabregas has personality for a captain too.Eden is coming with big status now and was voted one of the top 10 players in Europe last year.In my opinion,he should be in the top 3,not the top 10.


Let's see what is going to happen but we have these people.But let's say John and Branislav are our captains,and the others are ready to come." He told Dailymail.co.uk


Mikel joined Chelsea in 2006.Part of his profile on the official website reads,

“As a junior Mikel had played as an attacking midfielder, but upon moving to west London Jose Mourinho quickly outlined his desire to play the Nigerian in the holding midfield role, a position he has operated in ever since. A tall, strong player, Mikel is as tactically astute as they come, moving the ball quickly on to his more attacking-minded team-mates, but he is also not afraid to join in further up the field when the timing is right.

BREAKING NEWS!!!!!! Another Boko Haram Attack On The Chief Of Army Staff Averted

Military authorities on Tuesday in Abuja,disclosed that another attempt by the Boko haram insurgent group to attack the Buratai,the home town of the Chief of Army Staff, Major General Tukur Buratai on Monday night,was averted as the Army troops repelled the attack.


"For about the fourth time since February 2014,Boko haram terrorists moved against Buratai,the home town of the Chief of Army Staff,Major General Tukur Buratai,last night,which is also the location of a military camp",the Army said in a statement.


In their desperate attempt to capture the town,the invaders struck at about 9:30pm,but were repelled by the Nigerian soldiers.The terrorists returned again at about 3:00am and were equally pushed back".


Acting Director,Army Public Relations, Colonel Sani Kukasheka Usman disclosed in a message that the "suspected terrorists made a futile attempt to attack Buratai town in Borno State and the military camp located in the area.


"I am glad to inform you that the gallant soldiers rose to the occasion and dealt with the terrorists.They however made concerted efforts at about 3:00am this morning,which was equally repelled by the gallant soldiers.The situation and town is cool and calm."


As at the time they struck for the first time last year February,Gen. Buratai was serving as the Commander of the Joint Task Force in the Niger Delta.

Nigerian queen of pop,Tiwa Savage,was gifted a customized mic,shortly after the birth of her son.


Popular jeweler and luxury designer,Michael Awolaja aka Malivelihood,who is famed for once dating Nollywood actresss Tonto Dikeh,shared a photo of the customized microphone he made for the pop Queen,Savage.


"Malivelihood Custom made Gold Sennheiser microphone with Diamond Sleeve for Mavin Fisrt Lady.Congratulation on the new born" wrote Malivelihood on the caption of the photo.

If you can recall,the luxury designer is popular for gifting Nigerian celebs with custom designs.On July 16,he revealed a custom made mic he also made for fellow pop star Wizkid.

Davido too got a customized Rolex and Iphone case from Malivelihood.

The 69-year-old can be seen cross dressing in a leather jacket and bra while smoking a cigarette in the video obtained by the controversial British tabloid.


In a bizarre, drug-fueled rant, Sewel then goes on to accuse his old boss Tony Blair of having a ‘love affair with George Bush’ and claims that his wife, Cherie, was ‘obsessed’ with money.

He then went on to insult pretty much every big player in British politics at the moment, including David Cameron, Boris Johnson, all the candidates for the Labour party leadership and Alex Salmond and the SNP.

He also claimed that the only reason Tony Blair led Britain into the war in Iraq was because of the then Prime Minister’s love affair with former U.S. President George Bush, and that the wars in both Iraq and Afghanistan were pointless.

SHOCKING!!!!!!! Bobbi Kristina's Autopsy

According to the preliminary autopsy report,Bobbi Kristina did not show obvious signs someone tried to kill her.


According to the Fulton County Medical examiner the autopsy shows "no obvious underlying cause of death".The Medical Examiner goes on to say "no significant injuries were noted."


Story cut short,what this means is that,Nick Gordon's neck has been removed from the ropes,as he has been under the Police microscopes all along,been the only person with the strongest suspicion on.


The reports say they were no previously unknown medical conditions that could have rendered Bobbi Kristina in the bathtub.


Though,the Medical Examiner says he has subpoenaed medical records,presumably from the hospital,to determine if drug testing after the accident was relevant.Gordon had said both he and Bobbi Kristina were doing drugs,and Bobbi took too much.


The Medical Examiner says he will not determine a cause of death until he reviews the records.

"Eminem Has Music's Biggest Vocabulary"-Recent Study

Wonder what Eminem,Kanye West and famous singer and song-writer Bob Dylan have in common?


According to a latest study,the trio are among the top five artists with the largest vocabularies in music.

Varun Jewalikar and Nishant Verma who put the report together for the lyrics site,Musixmatch,studied 93 artists across 25 genres from pop to new age.

"The aim is to compare vocabulary size of these musicians",they said."Some of them have released a lot more songs than the others because of the sheer longetivity of their career and how prolific they are"

Using a list of 99 of the best selling artists of all time,the pair compared "across the 100 densest songs(by total number of words) that they have released."However,the analysis excluded Bruce Springsteen,Chicago,Def Leppard,Journey,The Beach Boys and The Doors,because they haven't granted permission to Musixmatch to use their lyrics in the study.

Shady(Eminem),topped the list with 8,818 unique words used,he was followed by fellow rap artist Jay Z,with 6,899,the late Tupac with 6,569 and Kanye with 5,069.Legendary singer and songwriter Bob Dylan came in fifth with 4,883.

Perhaps,the top 4 was to be expected,as rap is by nature dense,given the focus on lyricism.

However,Jewalikar and Verma pointed out that "There is a large variation of vocabulary size in the 93 top selling musicians and there is no overall correlation between the commercial success of a musician and their vocabulary size.

"This analysis should not be interpreted as saying that one musician is better than the other.

"It gives us a peek into the mind of different songwriters,some tear your heart with just a few words,while others paint an intricate picture with a thousand words."
