News just reaching us from the CNN says that Bobbi Kristina Brown,daughter of late popular singer,Whitney Houston,has died at age 22.


She passed away on Sunday,surrounded by family members and was "finally at peace in the arms of God"

You can recall that Brown was discovered unresponsive in a bathtub on 31 January,and was placed in a medically induced coma.But she never regained consciousness.

She was moved to a hospice care in Duluth a month ago,after her condition deteriorated.

Brown was the only child of Whitney Houston and R&B singer Bobby Brown.

Whitney Houston was found dead in a hotel bath in Los Angeles,in 2012.

In January Police said Ms. Brown was found face down in a tub in the suburban Atlanta home she shared with Nick Gordon,the acclaimed husband.The Police report described the incident as "Drowning".

Mr Gordon said at the time she didn't appear to be breathing and lacked a pulse before emergency services arrived.

Brown was placed in a medically induced coma and was breathing with the aid of a ventilator.

The PDP has acussed President Muhammadu Buhari of scamming Nigerians with "a list of empty campaign promises".

The party also accused the Buhari administration of taking the glory for the achievements of the PDP government in the past 16 years.

Speaking at a press conference in Abuja on Sunday,July 26th,Olisa Metuh,Spokesperson for the PDP,advised Nigerians to brace up for more hard times under President Buhari.

"Since the President has insistwd on running his government as a sole administrator,making important decisions on national affairs without recourse to relevant statutory arms and organs of government,we are compelled to demand that this administration come out clear on its expenses,,since assumption of office in May.,in keeping with its much harped stance on transparency",he said.

We make this demand because since the APC took office,the nation's financial system in the absence of  statutory functionaries has been enmeshed in cofusion,controversy and fertile atmosphere for financial sleazes.Recall that when it assumed office,the administration raised the issue of the empty treasury only for the nation to learn few days later from the Accountant General of the Federation that about $2.1billion was left in the  Excess Crude Account(ECA).

“When the PDP demanded credit for the ECA savings, the nation
was suddenly made aware of huge sums from the Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas dividends from which the APC-led Federal Government announced financial bailout for states. It is interesting to note that whereas the Presidency has gone ahead to unilaterally deplete the funds without recourse to appropriate statutory arms of government, state governors are on air announcing that they have not received any form of bailout whatsoever from the centre, raising serious questions on the handling of national resources.

The PDP said the only achievements and change brought by the APC government were the curbing of the fundamental human rights of citizens, engaging in selective application of war against corruption, interfering in the activities of the national assembly and eroding the independence of INEC.


“We are also aware of the position of the law and that Mrs. Zakari’s tenure as a member of the commission elapsed on July 21, 2015. We restate that as long as Mrs Zakari remains in the commission, it should not be considered as independent and we will not accept any attempt to manipulate the results of the forthcoming governorship elections in Kogi and Bayelsa, which are known PDP strongholds.

So far,bad change that the government has reneged on many of it's promises to it's people, and now seeks to hoodwink them with lies,propaganda and governance orchestrations.So far,bad change that the people now have to live with that the government has no intention of providing monthly stipend N5,000 to the discharged,but unemployed Youth Corp members,free meals for school children,100 million jobs,additional 4 million new homes,and bringing the naira with the same value with the dollar,among other promises they were voted for.

As a responsible political party that has sustained democracy in the last 16 years,we are in good position to understand the growing frustration and agitation among the people.However,we appreciate the sense of calm by the citizens,especially bearing in mind that this confusion called APC would end in the next 4 years".

Popular Tv Reality Show,Big Brother Africa(BBA),may not be returning this year,if the reports reaching us from Ghana is true.

In,an exclusive interview with Multi-Choice Ghana,Anne Sackey(Marketing and Customer Experience Manager) with Razz newspaper reporter,Mustapha Inusah,who published the story on Modernghana.com,she confirmed that they at Multi-choice Ghana,had received a notice from MNET that this year's edition of the popular reality show,will not kick off.

She explained that MNET did not give them any reason as to why the show will not hold this year.

She also said that she personally thinks it's due to sponsorship constraints.In her words "They didn't give us any reason though,but I think it's mainly due to cash constraints,as we all know the show is expensive to put up".

She continued by saying Since the organizers don't have a constant annual headline sponsor(s) for the show,it becomes difficult to have sponsors."They don't have fix sponsors for the show.Every year the sponsorship keeps changing,sometimes it's Coca cola,sometimes it's MTN,and other companies from Ghana had sponsored before",she said.

Breaking News!!!! Bomb Explosion In Damaturu

A report reaching us from Channels Tv confirms that 14 people have lost their lives and 47 were left injured following another bomb blast in Damaturu,the Yobe  State Capital,this Sunday.

The report says that a female suicide bomber had detonated the bomb at the entrance of the Sunday market in Damaturu.

The Police Public Relations Officer,Mr.Toyin Gbadegesin,who confirmed the incident,said that 47 wounded people are currently receiving treatment at the Sani Abacha specialist Hospital in Damaturu.

You can recall that the last attack in the state was carried out on Friday,July 17,at the Eid prayer ground were worshipers had gathered to pray to mark the Eid el-Fitr.

Thirteen people lost their lives in the twin attacks which occurred withing 5 minutes.

Remember when LeBron James accidentally flashed his dong on live TV during the NBA Finals? Well, it ruined one viewer's Laser Tag date ... this according to the FCC.

The complaints that were sent to the Federal Communications Commission back in June after cameras got too close to LeBron's crotch while he was adjusting himself during Game 4 were obtained. 

In total, 5 people bluffed about the impromptu peep show to the FCC -- which released the 

documents, though the names of the complainers were redacted. Here are the highlights:
